Although the main focus of our business is aimed at domestic homeowner and commercial customers, we also carry out annual gas safety checks, servicing and repairs for landlords and property owners.

Landlords are responsible for the safety of their tenants and must comply with the Gas Safety Regulations 1998 (Installation and Use), which state that they ensure gas appliances, fittings and flues are safe and working correctly, and that all gas safety checks must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Our experienced and qualified team of engineers will carry out a gas safety check within 12 months of the installation of new appliances and then annually thereafter to ensure that you are complying with current regulations. We will then provide you with a certificate to say that your appliances passed the tests. A copy of this certificate must then be given to each existing tenant residing in your property and to any new tenants prior to them moving in.
